This program helps students develop the problem solving, information retrieval, time management, and software development skills necessary for a career in IT Support. Students learn to optimize the operating systems of aging technologies and advanced technologies, exploit the possibilities of application software, create and operate a database, and exploit the possibilities of telecommunication means.
In this program, students develop skills related to workplace communication and customer service such as interacting in various professional situations, communicating in English, and providing customer assistance from a call center. Finally, students develop the skills necessary for the execution of tasks on autonomous computer workstations or linked in a network.
