Established in 1967, Georgian is currently celebrating over 50 years of innovation in education. Georgian College is one of 24 publicly funded Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology in Ontario. Campus Life: The Owen Sound Campus is located on almost 15 acres of property and is small but mighty. It offers a wide variety of programs, in great facilities, including Canada’s most advanced marine simulation and research centre. It's warm community offers everything students need, the ability to connect with staff and faculty, as well as provides a personalized approach to education. The historic port of Owen Sound features beautiful waterways and parks. As the largest urban centre in Grey and Bruce Counties, it also has a vibrant downtown and all of the amenities of a larger city.

Facilities: Centre for Marine Training and Research; High-fidelity nursing simulation lab; Marine Emergency Duties Centre; Power Engineering Lab; Skilled trades lab; Student lounge; Videoconferencing classroom. The campus also has a fitness centre, cafeteria, dining room, and The Last Class Lounge.
