About us
New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) is a provincially-recognized, public post-secondary institution situated in New Brunswick, Canada. The college offers students a variety of different programs across their six campuses. Students learn in a dynamic environment through hands-on training, state-of-the-art equipment and real-world experiences. With more than 90 programs, NBCC provides a wide range of learning opportunities that prepares students to step into the workplace with expertise and confidence.
Located near the banks of the world-famous Miramichi River, NBCC Miramichi offers 25 regular programs in the following areas: Applied and Media Arts, Business, Environmental, Health, Social and Protective Services, and Trades. The campus offers students a diverse and vibrant learning environment with supportive campus staff and excellent facilities.

Campus Life: Campus staff and students are very involved with local community events and actively volunteer throughout the year. There are several events that take place, including: The Pumpkin Festival, Spring Fling, the weekly local community market and live music.
Facilities: The NBCC Forest Training Centre, located approximately 8 km from the main Miramichi campus, is home to the Heavy Equipment Service Technician program.
Supportive and Fun Learning Environment: From the orientation day to the graduation ceremony, the active Student Representative Council ensures students' NBCC experience is more than just books and classes.
Hands-on Learning: Most of the programs offered at NBCC include a work practicum. Students will take what they’ve learned in the classroom and apply it to the real world before graduation.
