About us

Okanagan College is a public post-secondary institution in British Columbia with four main campuses in Kelowna, Penticton, Salmon Arm, and Vernon. The College serves approximately 20,500 students annually and is the second largest trades training institution in B.C. The College offers a diverse range of degree, diploma and certificate programs, as well as a variety of university transfer and continuing studies course offerings.

Located in the vibrant South Okanagan-Similkameen region, Okanagan College’s Penticton campus proudly offers students a number of educational opportunities including first and second year university Arts and Science courses, Business Administration programs, Sustainable Construction Management Technology, Human Kinetics and Criminal and Social Justice. The small class sizes, excellent faculty, friendly staff and many student services including course/program advising, accessibility services, counselling, a Student Success Centre and a full-service library, all offer students extensive support in achieving their educational goals.

Hands-On Experience: Co-op work options provide students with the opportunity to gain real-world experience, whilst developing important communication and networking skills. 

Small Classes: Classes are kept small, with the average class size being about 19 students.
